DA9070/DA9073 Fully-Integrated Nanopower PMICs
Renesas / Dialog DA9070 and DA9073 Fully-Integrated Nanopower Power Management ICs (PMICs) are ideal for wearables and other Internet of Things (IoT) devices because they help reduce the overall form factor. These compact modules extend battery life whether the product sits on the shelf or is in operation. The PMICs feature a linear charger with power path management, ultra-low quiescent current (Iq) buck regulator and LDO/load switches, wide output voltage boost regulator, analog battery monitor, watchdog, and protection, all in an I2C-configurable WLCSP package. Renesas / Dialog DA9070 and DA9073 PMICs provide a charge current of up to 500mA to speed up the charge cycle.
