PTVS3-0xxC-TH Bi-Directional TVS Diodes

Bourns PTVS3-0xxC-TH High Current, Bi-Directional TVS Diodes offer bidirectional port protection and are designed for use in high power DC bus clamping applications. These Bourns devices offer bidirectional port protection and are available with standoff voltage ratings of 58V and 76V. PTVS3-0xxC-TH provide very high surge current protection (3kA @ 25ºC). These TVS diodes exhibit an excellent surge response versus temperature. The typical maximum surge current at +150°C is 75% their rated value at +25°C.
