B7505 Micro-Acoustic Filter

Qualcomm RF360 B7505 Micro-Acoustic Filter is an electrostatic-sensitive device (ESD) and offers high out-of-band selectivity. This low-loss RF GNSS L5 filter features a 20MHz usable passband, 0.9dB insertion attenuation, and a DLA4N package. Additional specifications for the B7505 filter include a 50Ω filter impedance, 0.9mm x 0.7mm package dimensions, and Ni/Au-plated terminals. Qualcomm RF360 B7505 Micro-Acoustic Filter offers a wide temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and a package with surface-mount technology (SMT).

SAW/BAW Filters and Resonators

Qualcomm RF360 SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) and BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) Filters and Resonators are AEC-Q200 qualified to satisfy harsh condition requirements, as well as shock and vibration. Hermetically sealed in ceramic packages that can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +125°C, the Qualcomm RF360 SAW/BAW filters and resonators provide a filtering function for RF signals at defined frequencies. These filters are found in all wireless applications, including mobile phones, wearables, smart homes, infrastructure, and industrial applications. In automotive applications, the SAW and BAW filters are suitable for navigation systems, tire pressure monitoring systems, and remote keyless entry.
