MAX25614 자동차용 IR LED/VCSEL 드라이버

Analog Devices MAX25614 자동차용 IR LED/VCSEL 드라이버는 자동차 DMS(드라이버 모니터링 시스템)용 고전류 IR LED/VCSEL입니다. IC는 4.5~36V의 입력 공급 전압에서 최대 35V의 IR LED/VCSEL 스트링을 구동합니다. MAX25614는 IR 이미터에 대해 최대 10A의 피크 전류를 구동할 수 있습니다. IR 이미터가 일반적으로 60Hz에서 켜고 끄는 애플리케이션 또는 해당 이미지 센서의 셔터 속도를 위해 설계되었습니다. Analog Devices MAX25614A/MAX25614B는 420kHz, 1MHz, 1.6MHz 및 2.2MHz의 프로그래밍 가능한 스위칭 주파수 옵션과 함께 고정 주파수, 평균 전류 모드 제어 기능을 사용합니다. 돌입 전류 제한 pFET와 로우 측 스위칭 nFET가 모두 통합되어 있습니다.
