YAGEO AS Automotive-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) feature flexible lead-free terminations and are ideal for automotive equipment. These AEC-Q200-qualified capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric in which a number of interleaved metal electrodes are contained. This structure provides a high capacitance per unit volume. YAGEO AS Series X7R Automotive Grade MLCCs feature rated voltages from 25V_DC to 1kV_DC and capacitance values from 1000pF to 4.7μF. The series is suitable for all general-purpose, entertainment, comfort/security, and information applications.
