TPS383x 초저 초소형 전압 감시 장치

Texas Instruments TPS383x 초저 150nA 초소형 전압 감시 장치는 초저 전류(일반적으로 150nA) 전압 감시 회로입니다. 이 두 장치는 VDD 공급 전압이 공장 트리밍 리셋 한계값 전압 이하로 떨어질 때마다 액티브로우 리셋 신호를 개시합니다. 재설정 출력은 VDD 전압이 한계값 전압 및 히스테리시스를 초과한 후 200ms에 대해 낮은 수준을 유지합니다. 이 장치는 VDD 핀에서 빠른 과도 전류를 무시하도록 설계되었습니다. 이 장치에는 MR이 낮을 때 재설정을 강제하는 수동 재설정 입력 장치가 포함되어 있습니다. 150nA의 매우 낮은 소비 전력 때문에 이 전압 감시 장치는 저전력 및 휴대용 응용기기 사용시 적합합니다.
