Azoteq IQS227D Single-Channel Capacitive Proximity and Touch Controllers are fully integrated self-capacitive sensors with dual outputs (touch and proximity outputs). Azoteq IQS227D is sub-5μA in low-power mode while sensing proximity and offers advanced on-chip digital signal processing.
