TPS92365x 부스트/벅-부스트 LED 드라이버

Texas Instruments TPS92365x 비동기식 부스트/벅-부스트 LED 드라이버는 4.5 V~65 V의 넓은 입력 범위를 제공합니다. 로우사이드 NMOS 스위치를 통합하여 높은 전력 밀도와 고효율로 LED를 구동하고 배터리를 충전할 수 있습니다. 이러한 장치는 일반적인 전류 제한이 1.5 A(TPS922650),3 A(TPS922651,TPS922652 및TPS922653),6.5 A(TPS922654 및TPS922655)로 설정되어 있습니다. TPS92365x는 또한 공통 양극 연결 및 단층 PCB 설계도 지원합니다. 스위칭 주파수는 100 kHz~2.2 MHz에서 설정할 수 있으며, 스프레드 스펙트럼 기능(옵션)을 통해 EMI 성능을 개선할 수 있습니다.
