MAX25608 12 스위치 LED 매트릭스 관리자

Analog Devices MAX25608 12 스위치 고휘도 LED 매트릭스 관리자는 단일 또는 이중 스트링 애플리케이션에서 개별 LED를 바이패스하기 위한 12 스위치 어레이가 있는 자동차 조명용으로 설계되었습니다. MAX25608에는 0.06Ω 온 상태 저항을 제공하는 14V 정격 전류를 제공하는 개별 제어식 N-채널 MOSFET 스위치 12개가 포함되어 있습니다. 단일 전류 소스가 직렬로 연결된 모든 LED에 전력을 공급합니다. LED 매트릭스 관리자는 스트링당 6개의 스위치가 직렬로 연결된 2열 애플리케이션에서 구성할 수 있습니다. 각 스위치는 1개, 2개, 또는 3개의 LED를 직렬로 연결할 수 있습니다.
