The devices comply with the QSFP+ multi-source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-LR4 specifications, and RoHS directive 2011/65/EU. Coherent FTL4C1Q optical transceivers offer digital diagnostic functions via an I²C interface, as specified by the QSFP+ MSA.
