JAE ES3 Board-to-Cable (B2C) Connectors for LED Lighting Power Supply offers 2-position B2C connectors ideal for LED lighting devices. The ES3 B2C connectors enable a direct connection of the converter board and the LED mounting board with the cable. These connectors can be used with multiple LED devices and provide increased design flexibility in the layout of parts. Offering the industry's smallest-in-class height, ES3 B2C connectors feature a 1.65mm mounting height for light shielding and a receptacle insulator made of white LCP for heat and light resistance. A mechanical lock is included for secure mating in high vibration and shock environments. JAE has expanded the ES3 LED power supply connectors offering to include for use with the ES3 board-to-cable connectors.

ES3 Board-to-Cable Connectors

JAE ES3 Board-to-Cable Connectors offer 2-position Board-to-Cable connectors (B2C) ideal for LED lighting devices such as LED light bulbs and downlights. The ES3 B2C connectors enable a direct connection between the converter board and the LED mounting board with the cable. These connectors can be used with multiple LED devices and provide increased design flexibility in the layout of parts. Offering the smallest-in-class height, the B2C connectors feature a 1.65mm mounting height for light shielding and a receptacle insulator. The ES3 connectors also include a mechanical lock to secure mating in high vibration and shock environments. These connectors are capable of operating with the IL-Z series socket contact and crimp-hand tool.

JAE ES3 LED Power Supply Card Edge Connectors to feature a 2-position card edge connector ideal for LED bulb and lighting devices. The ES3 connectors allow a direct connection of the converter board and the LED mounting board, reducing assembly time and the cable-less connection reduces the number of parts needed for assembly. The ES3 LED power supply card edge connectors to enable reflow solder mounting to the LED mounting board to occur at the same time other parts such as LED and SMT components are mounted. The low-profile 1.6mm mounting height is designed for light shielding with the insulator being made of white LCP for light and heat resistance.

The crimp-hand tool aids in connecting and disconnecting the ES3 board-to-cable connectors. These ES3 connectors offer 2-position Board-to-Cable connectors (B2C) ideal for LED lighting devices. The ES3 B2C connectors enable a direct connection of the converter board and the LED mounting board with the cable.
