BD22xx Current Limit High Side Switch ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD2226, BD2227 BD2232, BD2233, BD2240, and BD2241 Current Limit High Side Switch ICs are low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches, optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications.
