These SAW filters are electrostatic-sensitive devices with Ni/Au-plated terminals and a compact design with maximum dimensions of 3mm x 3mm. Supporting most existing wireless IoT short-range and LP-WAN standards, these filters are independent of wireless standards. Qualcomm RF360 Sub-1GHz SAW Filters offer a maximum frequency rating of 928.1MHz and are suitable for various applications, including as low-loss RF filters for remote control receivers.

B9660 SAW RF Filter

Qualcomm RF360 B9660 SAW RF Filter features a narrowband frequency rating of 3.5MHz and requires no matching components during operation. This filter offers a 1.4mm x 1.1mm package size with a maximum package height of 0.45mm. The B9660 RF filter is an electrostatic-sensitive device (ESD) with a package for surface-mount technology and Ni/Au-plated terminals. Qualcomm RF360 B9660 SAW RF Filter has a low-loss design and is ideal for IoT ISM applications.

SAW/BAW Filters and Resonators

Qualcomm RF360 SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) and BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) Filters and Resonators are AEC-Q200 qualified to satisfy harsh condition requirements, as well as shock and vibration. Hermetically sealed in ceramic packages that can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +125°C, the Qualcomm RF360 SAW/BAW filters and resonators provide a filtering function for RF signals at defined frequencies. These filters are found in all wireless applications, including mobile phones, wearables, smart homes, infrastructure, and industrial applications. In automotive applications, the SAW and BAW filters are suitable for navigation systems, tire pressure monitoring systems, and remote keyless entry.
