RECOM Power SMD Isolated Power Modules provide flexible gate drive bias voltages, ensuring high efficiency and system reliability. These isolated modules offer multiple input ranges depending on the selected variant and temperature range. Each part features two fully regulated outputs that can be user-programmed as asymmetric positive and negative values or as a single positive or negative value to meet requirements for various gate drive voltages. Additional features include various protections, such as input undervoltage and overvoltage lockout, overtemperature, output overload, undervoltage, and overvoltage. RECOM Power SMD Isolated Power Modules are suitable for building and home automation, datacom, energy, automation, and infrastructure.

R12C2T12/R Isolated DC/DC Converters

RECOM Power R12C2T12/R Isolated DC/DC Converters offer versatile solutions for isolated-gate bias voltages in transistor devices like IGBTs, Si/SiC MOSFETs, and Cascode GaNs. These devices feature high 5kVAC/1min isolation, 1.4kVDC working voltage, high 150kV/μs CMTI, and remarkable stability up to 150°C (0.5W). The compact R12C2T12/R converters feature a wide 9VDC to 18VDC input voltage range and programmable asymmetrical output voltages. This ensures precise control and performance optimization for power electronics applications. The R12C2T12/R converters deliver less than 3.5pF ultra-low isolation capacitance for minimal noise propagation across the isolation barrier. These converters are the ideal choice for all isolated gate bias voltage needs.
