International Rectifier IR43xx Class D Audio Amplifiers

International Rectifier IR43xx Series Audio Amplifier is an integrated analog input Class D audio amplifier in a small 5x6mm PQFN and 7x7mm PQFN44 package.  The IR43xx Audio Amplifier from International Rectifier integrates a PWM controller and digital audio MOSFETs, forming a high performance Class D audio amplifier. As a result of co-packing the fully optimized MOSFETs with a dedicated controller IC, the IR43xx operates without a mechanical heatsink attached in a typical music playback usage.  High voltage ratings and noise immunity in the controller IC ensure reliable operation of the IR43xx over various environmental conditions. The IRAUDAMPxx Reference Designs are two-channel half-bridge Class D power audio amplifiers used to demonstrate how to use the IR43xx Audio Amplifiers.  These reference designs do not require heatsinks or fan cooling  for normal operation (one-eighth of continuous rated power). The 2-channel design of the reference designs are scalable for power and the number of channels.
