T30R R-GAGE® Sensors

Banner Engineering T30R R-GAGE® Sensors are industrial radar sensors designed to detect high- and low-dielectric materials. The sensors feature a frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) for stationary and moving target detection in a 0.1m to 25m measurement range. The T30R series can be configured with radar configuration software, IO-Link, remote teach input, and push buttons. The sensors are capable of background suppression, ignoring objects beyond a set distance, and retroreflective detection. The Banner Engineering T30R R-GAGE Sensors provide reliable detection and crosstalk immunity within a compact IP67-rated housing suitable for harsh environmental conditions.

Radar Sensor Solutions

Banner Engineering provides Radar Sensing products that offer the ultimate outdoor sensing solution. The benefits of radar sensing include wind, rain, snow, fog, and sunlight resistance, a long sensing range, a wide operating temperature range, and high resistance to interference or crosstalk. These radar sensors are available in narrow and wide beam patterns. Narrow beam patterns avoid false detection of objects outside of the region of interest, allowing for more precise measurements, while wide beam patterns provide coverage of larger areas and reliable detection of irregular surfaces. Banner Engineering Radar Sensing Solutions offer radar frequencies ranging from 24GHz to 122GHz, up to two configurable sensing zones, and numerous interfaces.
